PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a higher thermal collecting efficiency to be accomplished by a simple configuration and accordingly to enable a higher electrical power conversion efficiency to be realized. SOLUTION: A thermal collecting panel 3C is formed into a hollow substantial box-shape having an upper opened end by a bottom plate 32 acting as a substrate and by side plates 33, 33... raised upright at a circumferential end of the bottom plate 32. A (branched type) inter-panel flow passage Fa for thermal medium such as water or the like is formed by a plurality of partition ribs 34, 34,... arranged at the upper surface of the bottom plate 32. A rear surface cover material 24 of a solar cell panel 2 may also act as a heat exchanging and heat transfer plate for transferring solar heat to thermal medium flowing in the infer-panel flow passage Fa. Owing to this gact, the thermal medium can transfer heat directly and uniformly from the entire region of the rear surface of the solar cell panel 2. A sealing resin frame 7 seals a circumferential end of the opto-thermal hybrid panel 1C so as to protect silicon cells 21, 21,... and to prevent the thermal medium from being leaked and then this is also applied as a frame member. |
