PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the staircase display device which enables a display plate to easily and speedily be replaced by attachment and detachment when the display plate which displays a display body such as characters, patterns, etc., of a guidance or advertisement by making use of a riser surface of a staircase. SOLUTION: This device is in a plate shape which is laterally long up to the width of the riser surface (3) of the staircase (1) and a mount frame constituted by providing engagement recessed parts (6, 7) facing its upper edge part (4a) and lower edge part (4b) on the front side is fixed previously to the front of the riser surface (3). The display plate (5) constituted by displaying a display body such as characters, patterns, etc., on the surface is placed in front of the mount frame, its upper edge part and lower edge part are engaged with the engagement recessed parts (6, 7) in a free insertion/extraction state, and this display plate (5) is mounted detachably on the mount frame. Then the display plate (5) is fitted onto the riser surface (3) so that it can freely be replaced. |
