<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness and to perform flexible frame linkage by performing description in the form of a script in the HTML data of a hierarchical structure screen outputted from a network (web) server to a web client. SOLUTION: When the reference of a data base is requested from the web client 3 to the web server 2, a common gateway interface 5 is activated and a data base management program 6 is activated. The data base management program 6 prepares the HTML data 12 of the screen or frame of an explorer form by the hierarchical structure information of the data base 7 and outputs them to the web client 3. Then, an HTML execution part 10 plots the hierarchical structure of the data base 7 on a display screen 8 by the explorer form based on the data 12. When a user clicks a folder or a file, the updating data of the hierarchical structure screen are prepared corresponding to contents described in a Java Script 13 and re-plotting is executed.</p> |
