<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve automorphic reinforcement of a flexible inner wall, by sequentially piling a sound absorbing layer in which a soft foam tape is wound spirally and an insulating layer in which a soft foam tape is wound spirally on the outer surface of the flexible inner wall, and by forming the flexible inner wall with gas-permeable material tape and hard spiral reinforcing material. SOLUTION: A duct hose 1 which is effectively used for house's air conditioning system includes a flexible inner wall 2, a soft sound absorbing layer 6, a flexible intermediate wall 7, a soft sound insulating layer 8, and a flexible outer wall 9. The inner wall 2 is formed by spirally twisting a nonwoven fabric 3 which has two kinds of resin coils 4, 5 on its outer surface in parallel, and by integrating them by thermal fusion. Then, the nonwoven fabric tape 3 is twisted such that its adjusting edges almost contact each other, thermally fused resin coil 4 is adhered on the outer side of the nonwoven fabric tape 3 such that the thermally fused resin coil 4 crosses between adjusting edges, and the thermally fused resin coil 5 is adhered on the outer side of the nonwoven fabric tape 3 between pitches of the resin coil 4.</p> |
