<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of stably sticking even thick sheet material to a transfer drum and maintaining excellent image quality by forming proper deflection in accordance with thickness of the sheet material. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with a curling means 46 forming the deflection in a carrying direction by abutting on the sheet material to be carried at a resist pre-carrying part 50A (sheet material carrying path). In such a case, the amount of the deflection formed by the means 46 is changed by changing the carrying speed of the sheet material in accordance with plural areas (for example, leading edge or trailing edge) divided in the carrying direction of the sheet material.</p> |
