PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability for a customer, to reduce a waiting time of other customers and to enhance customer service by previously asking a customer to input an estimated transaction amount, simulating a transaction result based on the estimated transaction amount, etc., and displaying the result on a transaction screen. SOLUTION: When a customer 2, for instance, makes such a transaction request as to change the balance of his bank account like transfer transaction, a simulator 12 is started. When the customer 2 requests such transaction, the simulator 12 previously requests the customer 12 to input an estimated transaction amount. The customer 12 inputs an estimated transaction amount A. The simulator 12 inquires of a host computer 15 about his bank account balance B through a communication controlling part 14. The balance after the transaction is calculated based on the amount A and the balance B. Further, in such cases, calculation is performed, taking a charge or the like into consideration. Such simulation results are edited as an output image 16 and shown on an operating part 7. |
