PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the magnetic characteristic while maintaining the fluidity of a kneaded material in kneading or molding at a constant level, by using rare earth magnetic powder, a resin binder and dielectric powder as principal components. SOLUTION: In a resin-bound magnet material containing rare earth magnetic powder, a resin binder and dielectric powder as principal components, the substitution rate of the dielectric powder with respect to the rare earth magnetic powder is 0.2 to 0.8 on the volume basis. The volume rate of the resin binder is 30 to 70 wt.% of the entire magnet. As the dielectric material, oxide fine powder of SiO2 , Al2 O3 , MgO or the like, carbide fine powder of SiC or the like, or nitride fine powder of Si3 N4 , AlN, BN or the like is used. To simultaneously control the fluidity at the time of molding and the magnetic characteristic, the dielectric powder is substituted for the rare earth magnetic powder while the volumetric content of all the fine powder in the resin-bound magnet material is fixed. Also, as the rare earth magnetic powder, a Sm-Co5 or Sm2 Co17 based material is used. |
