PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the power generation efficiency of an alternator in an alternator pulley with a built-in one-way clutch, by a method wherein a changeover operation to a state to cut off the transmission of a motive force can be performed quickly. SOLUTION: An alternator pulley A is provided with a driving ring body 1 which is turned and driven via a belt B from the output shaft of an engine, with a coupled-driving ring body 2 which is arranged and installed on the inner circumference of the driving ring body 1, and with a one-way clutch 3 which is interposed and mounted between the driving ring body 1 and the coupled- driving ring body 2. In the alternator pulley A, a torque value at which a roller 13 is pressed to its lock side in the one-way clutch 13 is set at 4 [N∼m] or lower. As a result, the roller 13 can be turned quickly to its free position from its lock position. |
