PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw pedestrians' attention in day time and drivers' attention in night time by installing a circuit which distinguishes day time and night time, a circuit which detects pedestrians and vehicles, and a circuit which controls generation of alarm illumination or sound based on the signals from the former circuits. SOLUTION: In the case that a distinguishing signal A of a day and night distinguishing circuit 14 indicates the daytime, at the time when a detection signal B of a human being sensing sensor 16 is on and a detection signal C of a vehicle sensor 18 is off, an instruction signal (c) is sent to a sound synthesizing circuit 33 and an instruction signal (d) corresponding to the instruction signal c is sent to a transmission circuit 36 to draw pedestrians' attention by sound. In the case that the distinguishing signal A of a day and night distinguishing circuit 14 indicates night, at the time when the detection signal B of a human being sensing sensor 16 is on, an instruction signal (a) and an instruction signal (b) are sent to a lamp lighting circuit 24 and an alarm switching circuit 28, respectively. Then, an illumination lamp 26 equipped with a reflector irradiates a pedestrian crossing the crosswalk and draws drivers' attention. |
