PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a heavy load generated in a stirring/carrying means during rotation and to enhance the slidability on the inside wall of a housing part with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In an agitator 120, a carrying member 126 provided with a base part 128 whose elastic deformation is small and a top end part 130 whose elastic deformation is large, which are constituted of elastic members respectively, is attached to an agitator shaft 122 with a holding member 124. In such an agitator 120, when a toner quantity is large, the top end part 130 is drastically elastic-deformed by a load applied to the agitator 120, to be wound on the base part 128, so that the radius of the rotation is small and toner is stirred while the load is reduced. On the other hand, when the toner quantity is small, the top end part 130 returns to an original state, to slide on the inside wall 114 of a toner tank 112 and carry the toner with its excellent slidability. |
