<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct connection with the same diameter as that of a stainless sheath power cable, especially. A split surface 11 is formed in the longitudinal direction beforehand, at the metallic corrugate pipe 10, through which the diameter of the metallic corrugate pipe 10 is increased and is fed onto one side of a cable to be connected at the time of connecting a cable core 3. After the connection of the cable core 3, the metallic corrugate pipe 10 is returned to a prescribed position. With the diameter of the metallic corrugate pipe 10 reduced by narrowing a gap at its split surface, the split surface 11 is welded, and the both ends of the corrugate pipe 10 are then peripheral-welded to the cable metallic coating.</p> |
