PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a warmer compact and light in weight, easy to be fitted with and remove, and enable supplying warmth for a long time, relating to one fitted on a person and used outdoors where there is no commercial power source available. SOLUTION: Fuel gas stored in a fuel tank 1 is reacted with air in a manner of oxidation reaction at a catalytic combustion heating part 2. The heat evolved at the catalytic combustion heating part 2 is used to heat a hot plate 4, which is covered with a cushion member 9 and held inside a cover 10.
