PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light conductive plate excellent in utilization efficiency of the light in which the emission direction of the light which is incident from an incident surface and emitted from an emission surface, and parallel to the incident surface is controlled together with the light in the perpendicular direction, and emitted from the emission surface with excellent perpendicularity, and effectively utilized as the visible light of a surface light source or a liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: A light conductive plate comprises a plate-shaped article 1 having an emission surface 11, a bottom surface 12 opposite thereto, and an incident surface 13 consisting of side end faces between the emission surface 11 and the bottom surface 12, projected parts or recessed parts consisting of inclined surface in the direction along the incident surface 13 are periodically provided on the bottom surface 12, the inclined surface consists of a longer side surface and a shorter side surface based on the line to connect the intersection with the bottom surface 12 and the apex, the projected area to the emission surface 11 of the longer side surface is >=3 times that of the shorter side surface, and located on the incident surface side when the longer side surface is projected, or on the side end opposite to the incident surface 13 when recessed, and the arrangement structure of fine prisms in the direction across the projected part or the recessed part on the bottom surface 12 is provided on the emission surface 11. |
