PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of an ink to the unnecessary parts during printing on a corrugated paper board and to make a printing plate lightweight by melting and kneading a photosensitive resin compsn. and forming a printing plate on a supporting film subjected to matting treatment. SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin compsn. is molten and kneaded and then applied to form a printing plate on a supporting film subjected to matting treatment. In this case, the adhesive strength which endures against shearing force on the plate during processing, and moreover, against rotation or vibration of a brush during elution of the unnecessary parts with a solvent and against entrance of the solvent into the interface by the capillary effect depends on the anchor effect of the matted surface. The adhesive strength is delicately effected by the roughening method and roughness and depth of the roughened surface. The matting treatment is performed by sand blasting, chemical polishing, ball polishing, brush polishing, etc. Moreover, a coating method with fine particles is also possible. |
