PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film sheet having a functional member of one of an antibacterial member, photocatalytic member and light-accumulating member or a combination of them by forming a kneaded member containing the functional member into a sheet. SOLUTION: As for the member to constitute a film sheet 100, PET resin, ceramic material such as alumina, transparent glass or rubber such as silicone can be used. A functional member 1 is preliminarily mixed in the structural member of the film sheet, and the mixture is extruded by a kneader 40 and press-formed to 3 to 250μm thickness by a pair of pressing rollers 50. As for the functional member 1 to be mixed and dispersed in the structural member of the sheet such as a PET resin, one of antimicrobial member, photocatalyst and light-accumulating material or a combination of them is used. For example, a combination of an antimicroblal member and a light-accumulating member or a combination of a photocatalyst and a light-accumulating member can be optionally used.
