发明名称 CIRCUIT FOR EVADING PARASITIC OSCILLATION MODE IN OSCILLATOR RESONANCE CIRCUIT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce obstruction influence in a harmonic oscillator by permitting two external LC circuit connecting pins to be adequate and balance-constituting a serial resonance circuit by means of including a housing inductance with the two pins and an integrated capacitance. SOLUTION: Transistors T1 and T2 are constituted in a form which is connected to voltage sources U1 and U2 and constant current sources S1 and S2 so as to obtain balance. In the resonance circuit, a part is incorporated as the shape of fixed capacitances CBE, CEE and CBE, a part is constituted by an external serial fixing industance LF and a variable capacitance diode DC and, then, a frequency can be set. The two pins are made into a model as a bonding wire inductance LP. They are the effective configuration elements of the resonating circuit so that a parasitic resonance circuit is not formed and, then, the generation of a parasitic frequency oscillation mode is prevented. Thus, a wide frequency tuning range being about one octave within the range of 0.5-14 GHz and excellent phase noise are provided.
