PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in the cable attaching workability of key operating part at the shift lock device of automatic change gear. SOLUTION: On the lower surface of case member 11 including a key cylinder to be operated by the turning operation of start key, a pair of fore and rear attaching members 16 and 17 are fixed. The attaching members 16 and 17 are opened downward while having side wall parts 16c and 17c extended downward. One end part of cable 7 is housed in a housing member 18 extended back and forth so as to be axially moved, and this housing member 18 is abutted from the downside through a direction F to the attaching members 16 and 17 and slid in a direction G later. A pawl part 18c and a rear end part 18g of housing member 18 are locked at a notch 16d and a recessed part 17f of attaching member 16. The housing member 18 is finally fixed on the attaching members 16 and 17 or the case member 11 while using a clip in such a state, Since no axial force is operated upon the cable 7 during work and there is no bending, the work is facilitated. |
