PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stator whose assembling workability can be enhanced. SOLUTION: A developed core 1 is formed in such a way that unit cores 1A to 1F are connected by respective joining crosspieces 2, and the unit cores 1A to 1F are provided respectively with unit yokes 4 and with magnetic-pole teeth 4. In the case of this constitution, recesses 4a, 4b are formed in the magnetic-pole teeth 4. When a stator is assembled, bobbins 5 on which coils 7 are wound are first fitted to the respective magnetic pole teeth 4. Then, U-shaped pulling-out preventive pins 8 are inserted into the recesses 4a, 4b through the respective bobbins 5, the respective bobbins 5 are treated so as not to be pulled out from the magnetic-pole teeth 4, both end parts of the developed core 1 are laser-welded, and an annular stator core is formed. |
