OPTO-THERMAL HYBRID PANEL AND ITS METHOD OF MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a circumferential end of an opto-thermal hybrid panel (main body) and to provide a frame member. SOLUTION: An opto-thermal hybrid panel 1 to be disclosed is constructed such that a thermal medium circulating type heat collection panel is fixed to the rear surface of a solar cell panel 11 in a thermo-conductive manner. Circumferential ends of both panels are sealed by a resin sealing member 13. The sealing member 13 may also act as a frame for both panels. In order to fix the sealing member 13 to both panels, both panels are stored in mating dies constructed by a front die and a rear die, thereafter urethane resin compound of two-liquid mixing and setting type is cast into a vacant feeding die formed around the circumferential ends of both panels, solidified and integrally formed.
