The outer ring (2) is mounted horizontally in the support frame (1). The middle ring (3) is mounted vertically inside the outer ring; and the inner ring (4) containing the height-adjustable foot-fixture (7), the pelvis-cushion (6) and the handles (8) for fastening the user, is mounted horizontally in the middle ring. The structure open in the middle part of the surface on which stands the support frame containing the rings can be lower to reduce the height of the machine. The space between the individual rigs is minimised by integrating the bearing elements (5) within the rings.
