<p>The invention concerns a filter comprising a frame (1) wherein is enclosed a filter body (7). A joint (4), for example in glass braid, is mechanically supported by shaping parts of the frame (1) Said shaping parts are preferably lips (2c, 3c) obtained by folding the sections (2, 3) constituting the frame. Thus, the joint is constantly maintained in place even after operating at a high temperature and when the filter is removed for cleaning the installation. Said joint, thus maintained, can easily be removed to be replaced if it has deteriorated or to be saved for future use when the filter and the installation are being cleaned.</p> |
