The bracket (1) is fastened by screw connections to a component (3,5) in two fastening points (2,4), whereby one conventional screw connection (8) is in direct contact with the bracket and component. Another screw connection (9) is an axially self-adjusting clamping sleeve screw. At one connection point (2), the bracket has a cylindrical holder bore (11) facing the component, and a tapering outer clamping sleeve (13) is fitted positively into it to engage the component. A conical inner clamping sleeve (18) is fitted into the outer sleeve so that it is fixed by a clamping screw (21). The outer sleeve is expanded for positive connection between bracket and component.
