The second pressure medium acts on the pressure member (20) in the opposite direction to the first pressure medium. In the housing (2), two chambers (8) arranged axially one behind the other are formed divided by a sectionally axially movable membrane (7) anchored to the housing. The pressure member is connected with the membrane and at least one of the chambers (9) is connectable to a medium pressure source. The first pressure medium incorporates several pressure springs (32, 34) acting on the membrane and arranged in a front chamber (8). The pressure member is a cylindrical piston (20), the shaft (26) of which is connected with the membrane (7) and its head (24) has a cone, against which the clamp components (18) locate.
