<p>A recording and reproducing device which, when recording a signal, can control the recording addresses very precisely by the minimum recording units using the existing time code. This device has a compatibility with the existing time code and it controls the recording addresses by adding a small change to a linear time code signal so that the time code may be allocated in correspondence with the minimum recording units.</p> |
