<p>A herbicide for paddy fields which is highly safe for paddy plants and highly effective against a wide variety of annual and perennial weeds in paddy fields and has a high herbicidal effect also on weeds having resistance to sulfonylurea herbicides. The herbicidal composition is characterized by comprising as the active ingredients 2-[4-(2,4-dichloro-m-toluoyl)-1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yloxy]-4'-methylacetophenone (common name: benzofenap) and one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of bensulfuron-methyl, azimsulfuron, pyrazosulfuron-ethyl, and imazosulfuron.</p> |
