<p>The transmission system has multiple ground stations transmitting channels of digital packet information (2a-6a,2n-3n) on two different frequencies. A satellite station receives digital information packets, and has a module for multiplexing and scrambling the broadcast information and producing a Digital Video Broadcast for Satellite (DVB-S) signal. The DVB-S signal is formed by an interlacing convolution and QPSK modulation.</p>
