CURABLE COMPOSITION FOR TOPCOATING AND ARTICLES COATED THEREWITH

A curable composition for topcoating, exhibiting excellent stain resistance, tight adhesion, solvent resistance and impact resistance simultaneously. The composition can be obtained by blending 100 parts by weight of (A) an acrylic copolymer having a carbon-bonded reactive silyl group represented by general formula (1) (wherein R<1> is hydrogen or C1-C10 alkyl; R<2> is hydrogen, or a monovalent hydrocarbon group selected from among C1-C10 alkyl, aryl and aralkyl; and a is an integer of 0 to 2) and a hydroxyl group with 2 to 70 parts by weight of (B) a silicon compound represented by the general formula (2) (R<3>O)4-b-Si-(R<4>)b (wherein R<3> is a monovalent hydrocarbon group selected from among C1-C10 alkyl, aryl and aralkyl; R<4> is a monovalent hydrocarbon group selected from among C1-C10 alkyl, aryl and aralkyl; and b is 0 or 1) or a partial hydrolyzate thereof and 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of (C) a cross-linking agent consisting of a compound having two or more isocyanate groups.
