Component and packing set for door and window handles

The component and packing set is for at least one handle. It contains at least one mechanically stable carrier body with neck and grip parts serving as a grip element, a container (14) open on one side to receive the carrier body, and an endless securing belt (31) to go on the container as a packing element. There is also a flexible strip of material (19, 25), also serving as a packing element with a number of holes (20, 28) for fitting on the carrier body to enable it to be used as a grip sector. The material strip may take the form of an outer jacket (25) of a size suitable to cover the container.
