<p>Press-bending process of a metal sheet with a direct measuring system, comprising a function of compensation and control of the deformation of the cross-pieces of the press and a press-bending machine for carrying out the method comprising an upper vertically movable cross-piece (1) supporting an elongated punch (2) and a lower elongated matrix (5) with a longitudinal bending groove (5') in a working bench (16), to support the sheet to the bent (B), wherein said direct measuring system of bending parameters is provided, comprising a function and means for the compensation and control of the flexion of said lower elongated matrix (5), characterized in that it provides in said elongated matrix (5) and said longitudinal groove (5') of said elongated matrix (5), bend feeler means (9) placed on the vertical plane corresponding with the bending line identified with the bending vertex, said feeler means being permanently pushed against the back of the bending metal sheet (B) to follow the respective bending line movement, said feeler means (9) activating respective measuring groups (r', r'', c), to communicate with a data process logical unit that commands and co-ordinates the activity of said press-bending machine (A).</p> |
