Automatic evaluation method of digitally stored text data

The method involves selecting the text files which have predetermined first and second attributes. The selected text files are searched for third and fourth attributes. Found text files are marked and searched for fifth attributes and marked. The marked text files are searched for sixth attributes and the found text files are searched for seventh attributes, marked and output. Preferably, the output of the text files is accomplished via a monitor or printer. Preferably, the number of first and second attributes is seven and the first attributes are subject areas and the second attributes are state identifications.
