The invention relates to a high-pressure fuel pump with several pump pistons (19) separated from each other at different angles around an axle drive shaft (9). By means of prestressed springs, the radially inward facing ends of these pistons rest against the peripheral surface of the axle drive shaft (9), and each piston is fitted in a guide bore hole in such a way as to be axially displaceable. With the side facing away from the axle drive shaft (9), the respective pump pistons (19) define a pump working area (21) in the guide bore hole (17), which area can be alternately connected to a fuel-filled low-pressure area and to a high-pressure delivery line. To improve high-pressure tightness, the guide bore holes (17) of the pump pistons (19) and the high-pressure lines (45, 47) are arranged directly in a common, one-piece pump case (1).
