A method of increasing radioactive receptor ligands for solid tumor cancer dose deposition by injecting a particulate protein into the solid tumor prior to or simultaneously with injecting a radioactive therapeutic agent. One suitable protein is macroaggregated albumin although other proteins may be used as well.
