The splash oil feed consists of a baffle plate (17) running in the long axis of the gearshift fork (10) up to a gear dipping into the lubricating oil, together with an adjoining rolled collecting channel (18). The lubricating oil is led out of the channel by a directed runoff (19) and the synchronising unit (7) is additionally supplied with lubricating oil during synchronised operation. The sheet metal plate part (17) is preferably screwed (21) to the gearshift fork (10) or again comprises a plastics component in this case clipped onto the fork (10). The splash oil device (16) can also come as a single piece formed together with the sintered or chillcast gearshift fork. The ribbed (15) fork boss (11) is fitted with the sheet metal plate (17) and the directed runoff (19) ensures that, with the forward gear synchronised, the lubricating oil drips precisely where needed to additionally lubricate the synchroniser unit. The plate (17) can be retrofitted by screws (21).
