The apparatus has a probe protruding from an inner wall of a waveguide through a cavity so that a leading end is parallel to a plane of polarization. Another probe protrudes from another inner wall of a waveguide through a cavity so that a leading end is parallel to another plane of polarization. A circuit board (4) is provided at an outer wall to be parallel to the latter plane of polarization and connected to the probes.
