PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a spraying method with addition of a hardening accelerating agent into a nozzle to easily obtain a product having large thickness. SOLUTION: A refractory compsn. containing a silica-based plasticizer and a binder is preliminarily prepared as a slurry and supplied to a nozzle 2 under pressure. In the nozzle, the slurry is mixed with a sodium silicate soln. and a cation polymer soln., and then the mixture is sprayed. As for the cation polymer soln., a soln. of one or more kinds of compds. selected from acrylamide quaternary salts, polyamine quaternary salts and methacrylates is used. |
