PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable mask formed of paper having a mask-like shape, that is conveniently used as a so-called healthy mask which can always and naturally maintain a predetermined humidity in the nostrils of a healthy person for prevention of disease such as cold. SOLUTION: A mask 1 having a front and rear double structure and made of paper materials having high breathability, includes an inner paper surface 2 impregnated with moisture such as aromatic or chemicals. Further, the mask 1 has a bag-like shape, made of paper materials, having a bottom part, and defining a gap in which a core i5 impregnated with moisture such as aromatic or chemicals, is removably charged as necessary. Further, an adhesive material or an adhesive tape 4 is stuck to the peripheral part of the inner paper surface 2 in the mask 1, at predetermined positions, and accordingly, the mask 1 can be directly applied, in its entirety, onto the face by means of the adhesive tape 4. |
