Road fence of the type, which incorporates a number of spaced apart posts (1), adapted to be anchored substantially vertically in ground or other bedding, and at least one substantially horizontal beam string (2) affixed to the posts, whereby the posts (1) are tubular, and each of which has a longitudinal slot (10), and the beam string has a longitudinal slot (10), whereby each one of the posts (1), at their surface (11a) opposite to the slot (10) is intended to receive one attachment means (4), which has an attachment part (14), and where the beam (2) is turned with its slot (10) facing the posts, and on each side of the slot has flange-like material portions (12), whereby each attachment means is arrestable (16) thus that the attachment means (4) clamps the string to the posts, whereby posts (1) as well as the string of beams (2, 3) have essentially elliptic, shell-formed cross section, and that the attachment part (14) of each attachment means (4) in a plane substantially parallel to the slot (10) in the beam string is wider than the slot (10) in the beam string, and is loosely inserted with the attachment part inside the flange-like material portions (12) and where the attachment means extends out through the slot (10) to be affixed to the posts in arbitrary positions along the beam string. |
