PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance by a method wherein after injection- molding a resin by a short shot to a gate which is provided at the terminal end part of an arm on the opposite side from the attaching root part of a handle arm, a gas is injected from the gate or a needle valve, and a hollow molding is performed. SOLUTION: A gate part is provided at an optional part of the terminal end part 8 of an arm. After a short-shot-injecting a resin which is measured less than the volume portion, from an injection molding machine nozzle 9 through a runner 11 of a molten resin, into the gate part, and continuously, a gas is injected into the gate part through the injection molding machine nozzle 9 or a needle valve 10 which is provided in the runner 11. By forming a hollow part 5 in a handle main body, this hollow handle made of resin can be obtained. By this method, taking static electricity during winter and a touching feeling under consideration, a sink is made less obvious, and the appearance of a product is improved, and the degree of freedom in design is made higher, and also, a light-weight handle can be produced. |
