PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flying of lubricant through high-speed rotation of a bearing part, sagging under the self-weight of the lubricant resultant from eminent lowering of viscosity due to a high temperature, and the occurrence of tearing of an oil film, rubbing, and seizure. SOLUTION: A shaft 3 is formed such that, between two sets of dynamic pressure generating grooves 2B and 2C, a shaft first taper part 3A having a taper in a direction, in which a diameter is increased toward the upper dynamic pressure generating groove 2B, is positioned adjacently to a dynamic pressure generating groove 2B and a shaft second taper part 3B is arranged adjacently to the dynamic pressure generating groove 2C. An angleθbetween a sleeve first taper part 2D and a shaft first taper part 3A is within a range of 0-10 deg.. This constitution reliably holds lubricant 5 and provides stable rotation for a long period by conveying and feeding the lubricant to the dynamic pressure generating grooves 2B and 2C by the shaft first taper part 3A and the shaft second taper part 3B.
