FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: proximate moisture meter has two conductance-to-voltage converters 3, 4, capacitive primary converter 15, resistive primary converter 18, alternating voltage source 1, register 23 and frequency divider 2. Converters 3, 4 are formed by controlled scale converter 7, 12, voltage comparator 9, 10, integrator 8, 11, standard element 13, 14 and amplitude detectors 5, 6 and 21, 22. Connection point of first amplitude detector 5, 6 and energy input of controlled scale converter 7, 12 is linked to alternating voltage source 1 near first conductance-to-voltage converter 3 and near second conductance-to-voltage converter 4 via divider 2. First converter 3 is connected to resistive converter 18 and second converter 4 is linked to capacitive converter 15. EFFECT: increased accuracy of moisture meter thanks to complete prevention of influence of active losses in wide frequency range. 3 dwg
