FIELD: OZONE PRODUCTION. SUBSTANCE: working gas is fed into cooled discharge zone of ozone generator where gas is cooled and ozone formation takes place. Cooling is intensified at the expense of taking off a part of working gas from the ozone generator outlet, cooling it in a separate cooler, and returning it into ozone generator. Amount of taken off gas constitutes 0.5 to 0.95 amount of gas passed through ozone generator. On cooling taken off gas, amount of heat taken away constitutes at least 0.1 total amount of heat evolved in ozone generator. EFFECT: increased productivity of ozonator and concentration of ozone; reduced power consumption. 1 dwgs
