PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lightly move at normal time and to naturally brake at the time of accelerating more than necessity by mounting a speed limiting device consisting of an accelerating inertial device and a fast rotation stopping device using a rotary body rotating linked with a rear wheel to the rear wheel. SOLUTION: The accelerating inertial device 2 and the fast rotation stopping device 3 are mounted to the rear wheel 1 of a walking frame and the device 2 is obtained by connecting a rotating body 7 functioning as an inertial body to a vehicle shaft gear 5 fixed to the rear wheel 1 rotatably pivoted by a vehicle shaft 4 through an intermediate gear 6. In the device 3 provided to the open tip side of the device 2, when the rotation of the rotating body (inertial body) 7 is accelerated, a weight 12 rotates and moves in a direction opposite to a rotating direction by inertia, the pawl 14 of the weight 12 is caught by the pawl groove 15 of an internal tooth ratched wheel 13, the rotation of the body 7 is stopped by being fixed by a pin 7 at the position and the rear wheel 1 rotating linked with the rotating body (inertial body) 7 is stopped. |
