SOLUTION: A head 3 for discharging a coating soln. is provided opposite to a sheet to be coated. A reservoir 10a for retaining an electrode mixture and supply air is formed in the blade 10 of the head 3, and a discharge port 10b for discharging the mixture on the sheet is formed. A movable part 11 is furnished in the reservoir 10a, one end of the part 11 is joined to a cam unit, a stop valve 11a for opening and closing the discharge port 10b is provided to the other end, the part is moved in the vertical direction C when the mixture is applied, and the mixture in the reservoir 10a is discharged.
