PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record images at low cost and efficiently. SOLUTION: An image recording controller 5 which controls at least time lapse VTR 4 of a television camera 2 and the time lapse VTR 4 in synchronization with an illumination controller in a car, namely, a control circuit 7 is provided, and when it is judged that there is no passenger in the car 1, recording on a VTR tape by the time lapse VTR 4 through the image recording controller 5 is stopped. Consequently, it is possible to facilitate the adoption of this device, improve safety and efficiency, shorten time required for confirming reproduction of recording medium, and prolong a period of time at which an image can be recorded by one recording medium relatively. |
