<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of crack of a colored tape so as to improve the quality of surface by having a first process for adhering a colored tape to an adhesive surface of a colored tape of a unformed stainless steel plate, a second process for forming a stainless steel molding, and a third process for fusing a vinyl chloride protector. SOLUTION: A colored tape 3 is covered on an adhesive surface 1a of a colored tape of a unformed stainless steel (SUS) plate 1, and the colored tape 3 is adhered to the unformed SUS plate 1, and the adhered unformed SUS plate 1 is formed into a roll so as to form a SUS molding 4. The formed SUS molding 4 is heated again, and after the adhesive agent 2, which is adhered to the adhesive surface 1b of the vinyl chloride protector by coating, is activated, fusion vinyl chloride material is adhered to the adhesive surface 1b of the vinyl chloride protector 5 of the SUS molding 4, and hardened, and formed into the shape of the vinyl chloride protector 5. With this structure, generation of crack of the colored tape for covering the surface of the SUS molding is prevented, and generation of trouble such as peeling can be prevented.</p> |
