<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of recycling concrete, rock wool, timber chips, etc., in particularly on site from the wastes generated from demolished buildings, such as buildings and houses, which are heretofore discarded, thereby regenerating the material as building material products and a simple system including a movable device. SOLUTION: This method consists of (a) a stage for recovering the wastes, such as the concrete, rock wool and timber chips, from the demolished buildings as building raw materials, (b) a stage for sorting the recovered raw materials, (c) a stage for pulverizing the sorted raw materials and uniformly mixing the materials, (d) a stage for adjusting raw material powder to a desired gain size range, (e) a stage for adding a binder (for example, org. binder, etc.) in the case of the timber and cement milk in the case of the concrete or rock wool to the raw material powder in correspondence to the material quality thereof and mixing and agitating the mixture, and preparing a molding material, (f) a stage for press molding the molding material under heating at need and (g) a stage for removing the molding as building material products.</p> |
