<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a washer fit for long term use and capable of retaining excellent massage effect for a long time, by equipping a soft urethane foam sheet to cover the whole parts of a synthetic resin plate with a number of protrusions on at least one face. SOLUTION: A number of protrusions 2, 3 are integrally formed on both faces of a soft polyvinyl chloride plate 1, soft polyurethane foam sheets 4, 5 are equipped so as to cover whole parts of the plate 1, and facing periphery parts of the sheets 4, 5 are thermally fused together to constitute this washer. For those sheets 4, 5, it is preferable to use foam sheets with different sizes of cell numbers. A number of protrusions 2, 3 on both faces of the synthetic resin plate 1 presses a body through surrounding soft polyurethane foam sheets 4, 5 so as to wash body giving excellent massage effect.</p> |
