PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high strength polyethylene film extruded from a blended material consisting of copolyethylenes. SOLUTION: This high strength polyethylene film consists of a blended material consisting of 2 kinds of ethylene/α-olefin copolymers having approximately 5-50 g/10 min range flow index, approximately 10-50 range melt flow rate, 0.900-0.940 g/cm<3> density, approximately 98,000 190,000 range molecular weight and approximately 2-8 range Mw/Mn. The blended material is produced by mixing a first copolymer and a second copolymer both having almost similar molecular weights. Each copolymer is a copolymer of ethylene with a 3-8Cα-olefin and the copolymers having the above characteristics in prescribed ranges are used. |
