PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent packaging troubles or electrostatic damage of an electronic component due to electrostatic attraction without depending on mixture or the like of antistatic agent or conductive particles into adhesive by including an electrostatic function layer which serves to cancel lines of electric force based on electrified charge by dielectric polarization against electrification on an adhesive face. SOLUTION: An electrostatic function layer A serving to cancel lines of electric force based on electrified change by dielectric polarization against electrification on an adhesive face side is provided between a transparent plastic base 1 and an adhesive layer 2. The electrostatic function layer A preferably comprises crosslinking acrylic copolymer used having at least carboxyl radicals and quaternary ammonium radicals in side chains wherein amine-containing crosslinker, epoxy-containing crosslinker, etc., may be blended as required. A biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film may preferably be used as the base 1, while the adhesive layer 2 has no limitation in composition as long as thermoplastic resin having transparency is used. |
