PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable desired braking and stop in a non-rail type horizontal pull gate. SOLUTION: A braking device of a horizontal pull gate is so constructed that a door body is supported by rollers 46, 63 provided on a gate wall 2 in such a manner as to freely rotated, a brake is provided on at least one of lower rollers brought into contact with the lower end of the door body of the rollers 46, 63, a sprocket is fixed to each lower roller, and a chain is wrapped between the respective lower sprockets 21. Thus, two or more lower rollers can be braked at the same time, so that even if the door body is moved and load applied to the lower roller is moved, braking force can be surely applied to the door body. |
